-- First captured at the half-moon

We bound him, beat him, used him
He was stronger than most
We took him regardless
He threatened to make us pay
We cut out his tongue

I will stand within this silence
Hands raised high to claw at distant moon
Body braced against the madness
Fierce, denying still this hunger's tune

Granting you life when I should leave you dead
Raise your weapon, so you plead
Knowing battle might still win you freedom
I take one more stride
Watch you tumble, see your need
No resistance as I bind you, leash you...

...make you wish you'd died

New moon passes
Halfmoon passes
One more night the full moon rises
Once again I alone stand unfettered

This night it is he who screams --
